Do you know of people who have swallowed a load of spin on a snazzy site? Been enticed into a job with promises of wonderful things? Only to find out that the reality was very different?

Are you being offered benefits and stuff that is not appealing, and not being offered things that you'd really like? And closing down access to the net or social sites at work - what's that all about? What about this 9 to 5 thing? Sure sometimes you really have to be there, but surely not always? You know where we are coming from right?

Companies sometimes badly miss the mark when it comes to appealing to Gen Y, but we know it's not usually intentional. If they don't work out what we really want soon, we won't go and work for them.

It's just that the people running these companies are from a different generation. They see the world their way, we see it our way, and often they haven't really bothered asking what is important to us.

The point of this site is to help them appeal to you.

In a few years time, they will have had to work it out, but along the way there will have been a load of unnecessary grief.

We're trying to make things smoother for everyone by sharing views and ideas and hopefully increasing understanding and promoting change.
