So who's behind 'tell it how it is'?

This project is being co-ordinated by me in conjunction with talentsmoothie who are helping companies to be more Gen Y-friendly. So the views you give us on this site will directly contribute to this.

But that's not the only thing I do. For my 'day job', I'm event and sponsorship manager for the League of Adventurists, making the world less boring by organising events including the Mongol Rally and the Rickshaw Run.
